Remove ANY icon from main menu (MLB, WSJ, Flickr)

Like I said, I can’t actually test this anymore, but just reading what I wrote, I’m pretty sure I edited the Info.plist, like gerarddvb says in #32, then copied the AppIcon.png to TopRowIcon.png. All of those files should be in the same folder.
